The necklace is cute, however the clasp itself is so heavy that it constantly spins down to the front so I always have to adjust the necklace for it to actually sit nicely. It also had different lengths you could choose from and adjust accordingly but honestly that was also annoying and so I cut off the extra chain in hopes that it would help to stop the whole thing moving down to the front of my neck but it didn’t. Had I known this I probably wouldn’t have bought it. Overall it’s a cute necklace but I wouldn’t buy again.
The necklace was very pretty.. the only thing was the experience with the delivery. It took a long time to receive it. It was sent back and forth for some reason.. I ended up missing the date I needed it for even though i ordered it well in advance.. I was very grateful that your staff helped to fix the situation and eventually I received it. The product itself is beautiful
