In Stock: We have these items in house and they are ready to be processed and shipped to you in 1 business day。
Personalised: Our jewellers need to craft the item especially for you. These are the personalised engraving orders. Please allow 2-4 business days for your jewellery to be made and sent out to you.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

We can only update or cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or packaged. As soon as you can, please email us with your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make to your order.
There may be duties or taxes incurred by your order that you are responsible for. We does not include these fees in our final prices. Duties and taxes are determined by final destination. Please contact your local custom office for details on how duties and taxes are calculated and paid.
Returns & Exchange
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
We offer returns within 30 days for refund. Please make sure that all original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on the jewellery pieces. We will not be able to refund your original shipping fee as it is an incurred cost.
Please keep in mind we do not offer returns or exchanges for Personalised items as they are made uniquely for you. We also do not offer returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please note a 10% restocking fee will apply for cancelled and returned orders. This is to cover standard merchant processing and third party fees.

You can certainly exchange your jewellery for another style you like from our store. However personalised items are excluded from this was made and crafted just for you, and is unique to each customer. Please contact us for an exchange and we can organise this for you.
Materials & Care
All jewelry is designed in our studio, based in Melbourne, Australia. We have a range of jewelry made from Gold Vermeil, Solid Gold and Gold Plated.
Most of our jewelry are made with Gold Vermeil, which is with thick 18K Gold on 925 Silver.
Your jewelry is made with high quality craftsmanship and is made for everyday wear. It is important to take care of the pieces so it goes a long way. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store the jewelry pieces in the box it came in.
We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom, directly under sunlight or any other humid places. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. For instance, perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.
Yes, we only use high quality, socially responsible diamonds sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices.
We guarantees your jewellery to be free of manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase. Manufacturing defects include clasp breakage, missing pave stone (stone under 0.01ct), loose diamonds or loose prongs. Manufacturing defects do not include wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains, lost jewellery or jewellery damage due to improper cleaning or storage.
